- Led multi-channel marketing strategy across SEO, SMM, PR, and paid media.
- Developed strategic promotion plans for HIT FM.
- Designed and implemented growth strategies for new stations Radio Relax and Radio Roks.
- Managed in-house and outsourced teams (design, content, digital).
- Oversaw the full development of the Radio Relax website from scratch, launched simultaneously with the station's on-air debut—including online streaming functionality.
- Optimized digital campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics.
- Analyzed performance data to refine targeting and increase campaign ROI.

- Boosted monthly website traffic from 2K to 22K.
